I had so much fun crafting with the beautiful new Bold Flower die! The moment I saw it, I knew I wanted to try something a little different—so I reached for my stash of felt and cut out the petals and leaves.T o give my flower even more dimension, I used foam tape for each layer.

For the background panel, I built up multiple layers using a combination of inks and Distress Oxide inks. All the inks I used are listed in the supply list at the bottom. I applied each layer of ink separately, making sure to dry between layers to avoid muddiness and to build depth. Once the background was complete, I stamped various images from French Market Place (CMS071) and Eccentric (CMS448) randomly across the panel using Versafine Clair Nocturne ink.

Using the Simon Says Stamp ‘Tumbling Leaves’ stencil (SSST121449), I applied Distress Opaque Texture Paste to the top right and left side of the panel. While the paste was still wet, I sprinkled on some Rock Candy glitter for added texture and sparkle.

To finish off the card add a fun sentiment and pop up onto an A2 size card base.
