I had so much fun making this card using many Tim Holtz products. To create my background I used tumbled glass oxided spray, and distress ink, salvaged patina distress spray and antique linen and vintage photo ink. For my backgrounds I always do multiple layers …spray the panel with water and than add my sprays , after each layer I spritz it was water . I try and do at least 3 layers drying each one in between the next. Using faded jeans distress ink I stenciled on Plaid and with hickory smoke archival ink I stenciled on Merry Christmas. I find that using the Tim Holtz blending brushes I get alot of the details from the stencils.

Using black soot archival ink I stamped out some images from Christmas Cartoons and colored them up using a mix of copic markers. I die cut the Big Tidings Noel from distress watercolor cardstock and sprayed with mica sprays shiny bauble and juniper berry .

For Noel I added splatters using picket fence distress paint and die cut some trees from Road Trip colorize and stars from Forest Shadows which I originally colored in yellow but changed it to white for the final make.

It was so much fun putting the card together. I used foam tape to add dimension to all the die and stamp pieces. Finished off with popping up the panel onto a cardbase.
